At Sakthan Neera, a venture of Thrissur Coconut Producer Company Limited, we value your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience smooth and fair. Please read the following cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are allowed only if requested on the same day of placing the order and before the order is shipped.
- If the order has already been dispatched or handed over to the courier, the cancellation will not be possible.

2. Products Not Eligible for Cancellation
- Due to the perishable nature of many of our items (e.g., Coconut Neera, Neera-based products), we do not accept cancellations for such products once processed or shipped.
- Custom-packaged or limited-shelf-life products are also non-cancellable after order confirmation.
3. Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
a) Damaged or Defective Products
- If the product you receive is damaged, spoiled, or defective, please report the issue to us within the same day of delivery.
- Include clear photos and details of the issue when contacting our team.
- We will inspect the complaint and may offer a refund or replacement based on the nature of the problem.
b) Product Not as Described
- If you feel that the product you received is not as shown on the website or is significantly different from what you expected, contact us within the same day of delivery.
- Our team will assess the situation and make a fair decision regarding replacement or refund.
4. Manufacturer Warranty Issues
- For any products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty (e.g., processing equipment or accessories), please contact the manufacturer directly for service and resolution.
5. Refund Timeline
- If a refund is approved, it will be initiated within 6–8 business days via the original mode of payment.
- You will receive confirmation via email or SMS once the refund has been processed.
